The Reboot Campus Training System includes an ever growing list of online workshops designed to help media sales reps understand, integrate and make money using traditional media and digital media combined. Workshops are bundled for consistency, flow and various certification levels. Each workshop chapter is designed for flexibility (approximately 5-15 minutes in length) and contains downloadable documents for students as well as chapter quizzes for retention. Managers receive regular training reports to assist with accountability.
Certification Level 1: DIGITAL INTEGRATION
FUNDAMENTALS
1. Introduction to Integration --A broad overview of what’s happening in traditional media today, why new media partnerships are crucial, and what all this means to consumers, advertisers and media reps. We explore the shift in the Mass Media vs. ‘Me’ Media society. We share the difference between ‘tools vs. solutions’ when designing campaigns. We also discuss selling ideas/solutions vs. numbers and share our ‘funnel approach’ to producing qualified prospects for your advertisers, complete with an integrated project example.
2. Intimidation
Elimination— We provide basic internet marketing knowledge including new media terms & definitions that will allow media reps to communicate effectively whether at the agency level or with direct clients. The old adage, “You don’t know what you don’t know" describes this workshop perfectly. It's a classic example of learning what you don’t know about new media. We present the material in an interactive, engaging way and use on-screen examples (including video) of each term to enhance training. This one really helps boost confidence and eliminates intimidation!
3. Integration Creation –We ‘teach a rep to fish’…with numerous examples of integration concepts and projects that help reps understand the ‘possibilities’ of integration. Includes direction regarding where to go for ideas and how all the campaign pieces work together. Includes our exclusive ‘4 Steps To Integration’ worksheet, our ‘Campaign Components’ checklist for use when planning integrated campaigns and drafting proposals and an Integration Proposal Template, a simple template that can be customized to fit any integrated campaign!
Certification Level 2: NEEDS TRAIN SPECIALIST:
1. Shifting the Focus (From Impressions to Engagement) –In this workshop we address the shift from impressions to engagement-the metric that matters to business owners! Learn how pure CPM-based selling has its challenges...how to determine where you should send prospects for more information…and how shifting the focus (toward ideas and engagement) can set you apart and help you avoid the transactional negotiations.
2. Know Your Customer’s
Customer—This workshop is all about putting yourself in the consumer’s shoes...and helping your client understand why that is necessary. As students learned in the the first certification level (Digital Integration Fundamentals), the consumer path has changed. Learn more about how consumers are narrowing the decision-making process before they make the purchase.
3. From Prospect to
Customer—This is where the rubber meets the road! Learn various methods to turn prospects into customers using traditional and digital media & tools together. This workshop is an extension of our ‘Funnel Approach’ described in Introduction to Integration. Learn the do’s and don’ts of the right offerings, opt-ins and database building necessary to customize to your campaigns for results.

- Must complete at least one integrated sale following 4 Steps to Integration outlined in Integration Creation—defined in advance with your Manager
